Code of Conduct

Our code of conduct sets out the principles and rules of conduct that govern the way all employees of Crew carry out their duties. Failure to honour any of these principles or rules results in disciplinary action and could lead to dismissal and/or criminal charges. Part One of the code sets out the ethical standards the business of Crew must conform to at all times. Part Two sets out in detail the rules of good governance and honest behaviour that are to be adhered to across the company.

Components of Part Two of the Code are:

  • Rules for ensuring safety and security;
  • Rules on respecting company time, information and intellectual property;
  • Rules on fair treatment of employees and respect for privacy;
  • Rules for dealing with suppliers of service and other business partners;
  • Rules for dealing with government, agencies and the general public;
  • Rules for avoiding conflict of interest;
  • Rules for maintaining company assets and records.
