Crew Gold Corporation (“Crew”, “the Company”) has a primary listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange main board, with a secondary listing on the Oslo Bors. Crew’s Board of Directors follows the guidelines for corporate governance adopted by the Canadian securities regulators and believes that its approach to corporate governance is appropriate.

The allocation of the company’s financial and human resources is crucial for ensuring both financial strength and future growth. Open and accountable investor information maintains and develops investor confidence in Crew Gold. Our board of directors and management are committed to ensuring transparency within the business, fair treatment of all stakeholders and accountability in all forms of communication.

Our Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee is responsible for, amongst other things, establishing and reviewing the overall compensation philosophy of the Corporation, including annually reviewing and approving the Chief Executive Officer’s corporate goals and objectives and annually performing an appraisal based on these.
