Jan Vestrum President and Chief Executive Officer
Jan holds an MSc (1984) in engineering from The Norwegian Institute of Technology, Mining Department.
He has extensive experience as a senior executive in the resource and technology industries and
corporate finance from companies such as Schlumberger, Baker Hughes, Merrill Lynch and Christiania
Bank (Nordea Bank from 2001).
Simon Booth Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Simon holds a BA (Hons) in Economic Geology and Mineral Economics from Macquarie University,
Australia. He has over 30 years experience in mine operations, exploration, mine management and
strategic planning with major international resource companies. He joined the senior management
of Crew in January 2006.
William LeClair Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Bill holds a BComm from the University of British Columbia (1976) and obtained the designation CA
in 1978. He was Chief Financial Officer of Hot House Growers Inc. between August 2003 and July 2006.
Before that he was Vice President of Operations at Burrard International Holdings Inc. – a private
investment company – and a principal at Coopers & Lybrand Vancouver.
